The company is growing fast and trying to expand to other regions of the world apart from middle east and other Asian countries. The company became very popular with the release of their flagship mobile Innjoo i1. Let us see how to root these devices.

Before rooting Innjoo:

  • Backup your device to PC.
  • Enable unknown sources in security settings.
  • Enable USB debugging in developer options.

Innjoo mobiles have active support in terms of rooting and development of custom ROM’s. Follow XDA forums and other developer sites to get the news on development for these devices.

ROOT Innjoo WITHOUT PC:

This method is done in a single click on your smartphone without the use of PC and hence it is called as once click root. You need to download any specific rooting app that is compatible with your device and run the app to acquire root. This method also has least risks and you need not have much technical knowledge or skill. Download any rooting app mentioned below:

Initiate the app and click on get root access or one click root to successfully root the device. These apps have massive list of supported devices but the success rate depends on the device model, version of the rooting app and the android firmware version. You can try another app if you fail with one. Keep trying until you succeed.

ROOT Innjoo WITH PC:root Innjoo

This method is for advanced users and it requires technical skill. It involves high amount of risks. Proceed only if you are familiar with the technical steps used in this method.

  • Download SP flash tool and extract it to your PC.
  • Download SuperSU.zip and copy to root directory of your device internal memory or sd card.
  • Download and install VCom drivers for PC from HERE.
  • Download Innjoo recovey image developed by team Hovatek compatible for your device.

Switch off your device and connect to PC. Open SP flash tool and select the recovery button in the tool. Select the Innjoo recovery image and click on download. It will flash recovery on your device. You will see a green check mark as pop up once the tool successfully flashes the recovery image. Disconnect the phone from PC and reboot your device into recovery by pressing power and volume up button. Once your device is in recovery mode install the SuperSu.zip file. Wipe dalvik cache after installing the SuperSU.zip to avoid boot loop. Reboot normally and you are done. Your device is successfully rooted.

Check for the compatible recovery image developed by Hovatek team in their forum. Flashing inappropriate file will brick your device. Ensure that you have the correct files.
